- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture preferred

- Dynascape and AutoCAD experience

Landscape Supervisor/Foreman
O’Donovan Landscaping & Nursery, Inc., located in Plainfield Il, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced landscape supervisor/foreman to oversee 3-4 landscape/hardscape crews on residential and commercial projects. The candidate will collaborate with landscape architects/designers to ensure successful, quality installations.
Position requirements:
- 3-5 years previous experience required
- bilingual preferred – Spanish/English
- Competent reading landscape plans and a general knowledge of plants
- strong hardscape installation skills, experience and education on various hardscape materials
- highly motivated with a strong work ethic and integrity
- ability to prioritize job duties, manage and motivate crew team members
- ensure projects are installed in a timely manner to stay within budget
- have effective, professional oral and written communication skills with clients, staff, and subcontractors
- excellent customer service and management skills, with the ability to resolve client/employee issues and concerns
- committed to the company by advocating opportunities to upsell additional services
- valid driver’s license with CDL preferred
- ability to operate various vehicles and equipment
- provide minor equipment repairs on site to keep crews moving
